People say Naam is too young to be an aviatrix. If they're right or wrong, what doesn't lack her is determination. Since she was a little child, she developed a dream of becoming an aviatrix, fed by stories about her grandpa, who once was a famous and feared sky pirate in the whole Asia (yes, Saoria is fictionally located in Asia). That fact concerned Mr. and Mrs. Jhyia. They feared that their child could become a sky pirate, therefore trying to discourage her. Naam, however, tried to calm them down. But parents are always parents, and their concerns wouldn’t let the subject go that easy, insisting in taking away that idea from her mind. With a lot of regret, Naam decided to follow her path. With a little help from some friends (including Kal Ylin), she fixed her gramps' plane, which was parked and out of use for ages, even "tuning" it with some of her own ideas. Now that her dream got wings and took off, she’s aiming higher: she wants to be considered a worldwide-known aviation legend, that crosses generations with her name related to anything that comes to airplanes.

Naam is very courageous for someone her age. There are just a very few things that scares her to death. She's a lovely person, well-humored, very polite, easygoing and quite peppy. She's often up to anything. Such appearance really doesn't scare any enemy, even when she blows her top. She only gets really scary when in a cockpit, specially to the opposing side.

Meet Naam Jhyia - as seen on "The Perils of Naam Jhyia", or "Princess Kal Naam Jhyia tickle" from . A couple of changes have been made on her look: her goggles are placed in her forehead instead of the top of her head, and her watch and wrist compass are in her right wrist.

The idea initially came from the PC game Crimson Skies, once I never watched Sky Captain and The World of Tomorrow by that time, but funny enough, I managed to find the movie in the cable TV programming a few days before I uploaded her first pic.
